How it works

Three taps for the golfer. One screen for the shop.

That is the whole product. Everything else is in service of those two things.

For golfers

Three taps to a tee time

  1. Pick a day and how you play

Nine or eighteen, how many players, walking or riding. Walking nine alone is right there.

  2. Pick a time

Open times with the real price next to each one. No fees get added later.

  3. Say who you are

Name and phone. Pay now with a card or pay at the shop, whichever the course allows. You get a text.

The confirmation text

It says what you booked, what you owe, and how to change it. That is all.

Olde Homeplace: you are booked Sat 7:30 AM, 9 holes, 1 player, walking. $18 at the shop. Cancel or change: walkingnine.com/b/abc123

Cancel by tapping the link

The link in the text opens your booking. Tap cancel and it is gone from the sheet, inside the course's cancel window. If it rains, the shop can rain-check you and you get another text.

For the pro shop

What the screen does

Open it on an iPad at the counter, or on the computer you already have. It is the same tee sheet the website uses, so the two can never disagree.

Today’s sheet

Every time slot for the day, who is in it, who has checked in, who has not shown.

Check-in

Tap the name when they walk up. Take payment if they have not paid.

Walk-ups and phone bookings

Add a golfer to any open slot in a few taps. Same sheet the website uses, so nobody double books.

Move, cancel, rain check

Frost delay? Slide the morning. Storm? Rain-check the afternoon and they get a text.

Quick sale

Range balls, a sleeve of balls, a cart. Card or cash. Day summary at close.

Pilot offer: First 90 days free, then $149 locked for 24 months

Want to see it on your own phone?

Twenty minutes. We pull up a demo course, you tap through a booking, and you tell us what your tee sheet needs. No slides.
