These are the terms between a golf course and DiamondBack Advertising (which runs Walking Nine). Effective October 30, 2026. If you are a golfer booking a round, the course's own policies on its site apply to your booking.

What you get

A course website with tee-time booking, a tee sheet, a pro shop screen, confirmation and reminder texts and emails, reporting, and a listing on the Walking Nine portal, as described on the for courses page.

What you pay

$149 a month, billed monthly, or $1,490 a year, billed once. Card processing runs through Stripe on your own Stripe account at Stripe's published rates. We add no fee of our own, take no tee times, and charge your golfers nothing. The pilot offer, where it applies, is written into your order form.

Leaving

Month to month means you can cancel any time by email and you are done at the end of the paid month. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year. Your booking data (bookings, customers, rates) is yours; ask and we send it as a spreadsheet within ten business days. The website we built runs on our platform and does not transfer, but we will keep it live for 30 days after you cancel so your golfers are not stranded.

Your part

Keep your rates, hours, and tee sheet rules accurate. Only text golfers who booked with you. Do not use the system for anything illegal or for anyone else's course.

Our part

We keep the site up, fix what breaks, and answer. We give reasonable notice before changes that affect your tee sheet. We are a small company and we work hard, but we cannot promise the internet never goes down, and we are not responsible for lost rounds beyond what you paid us in the month it happened.

Changes

If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new date and email you. North Carolina law applies.
