Walking Nine is a product of DiamondBack Advertising in Kernersville, North Carolina. This page covers walkingnine.com. Each course's own booking site has its own short policy, in the same plain language. Effective October 30, 2026.

What this site collects

The demo form collects what you type: your name, course, role, phone, email, what you use today, and your message. We also note where you came from (for example a link in an email) so we know what is working. The portal pages do not collect anything about you; they read public tee-time availability from each course's site.

How we use it

• To reply to your demo request and set up a time to talk
• To keep this site and its forms safe from spam

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website (Cloudflare for hosting and storage, SendGrid for email), and only as needed for them to do that work.

Golfers booking on a course site

When you book a tee time on a course's Walking Nine site, your name, phone, and booking details belong to that course. We process them on the course's behalf to run the tee sheet, send your confirmation and reminder texts, and take payment if you pay online. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store the full number. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that course.

How long we keep it

Demo requests, until we have talked and for a reasonable time after. Booking records, as long as the course is a customer, plus whatever its business records require.
